"It is very essential to realize that emotional intelligence is not the heart-over-head triumph, it is the distinctive intersection of both. Emotional intelligence is what is nice for individuals, and that is not a sideshow. That's human intelligence's cutting edge."
Objective
It can be said that emotional intelligence covers five main areas: self-awareness, emotional control, self-motivation, empathy, and ability to relate. For good communication with others, of course, it is important–and is therefore a gateway to better learning, friendships, academic success and employment. Skills like these developed at school in our formative years often later in life provide the basis for future habits.
The ability to recognize, direct, and express emotions positively is emotional intelligence. It is a powerful skill that can help our kids understand themselves better, overcome challenges, and build strong relationships throughout their lives with others. People with high EQ tend to tolerate and manage tough feelings such as sadness, anger, and fear. They accept and empathize with others as well. Luckily, EQ is a skill that can be learned easily.
