Objective

Leadership theories are thought schools developed to explain how and why some individuals become leaders. The theories highlight the characteristics and behaviours that individuals can adopt to enhance their own leadership skills.

Early studies on leadership psychology pointed to the fact that the abilities of leadership are inherent abilities with which people are born. It was not until recently that formal theories of leadership emerged, despite the fact that at the beginning of time leadership became a concept of interest.
