Objective
This course will provide knowledge for learners to manage various and remote teams, improve team efficiency, and recruit employees. The first chapter seeks to outline techniques from a managerial stance for creating high-performance teams and sustaining team results. Other sections will address the methods needed in HR, including managing employee terminations; multiple performance management instruments and methods; delegation; hiring the correct individuals for your team; and multiple other management models.
This course will develop leaders who can set leadership and promote collaboration across organizational boundaries, both within and outside the organization, resulting in more effective collaboration between functions, divisions, and teams as well as suppliers, partners, and customers.

Leaders are increasingly required to lead not only "down" in their business units, but also "through and out"-setting direction and fostering collaboration among their teams, with other work units, and with other organizations such as suppliers, partners, and clients.
