Objective
This training is designed to guide participants from a leadership position in a program to organize their transition. It is intended to help a student leader determine the important information to be passed on to the next leader. It also provides suggested methods for conveying that information, including guidelines for developing a specific transition binder that can serve as a reference for incoming leaders.
